Edition
RFC Editor plain-text edition, complete except for the table of contents, whose page numbers have no meaning on a single page. The status of the memo and the copyright notice of the first page are in the footer and the abstract in the header; page headers and footers are left out; the three code tables of sections 5.1, 5.2 and 8.3 are set as tables, the lines of each cell joined; the other drawings and the sample sessions are reproduced unchanged; the command names of sections 6 to 8 are set in monospace.
